Brownie Lava Cake – Valentine’s Special

This is literally the easiest recipe for homemade lava cake. Make ahead of time for your Valentine’s Date Night and impress your partner with rich and decadent homemade lava cakes.

Yield: 10 Servings

Prep Time: 40 minutes 

All you will need is: 

30 Hershey’s Kisses Lava Cake Dark Chocolate Candies

½ cup Sugar (granulated)

3 Eggs

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract 

1 cup All-Purpose Flour

1 cup Brown Sugar (packed)

½ cup Hershey’s Premium Cocoa

1 cup Margarine

All you need to do is: 

Pre-heat the oven to 375⁰F.

Grease and dust ramekins with sugar and set aside for later use.

Unwrap the candies and save for later use.

In a large bowl, heat the butter until melted. Now add in the cocoa and mix until smooth.

Add in the brown sugar and granulated sugar and use a spoon to stir until smooth. Now, add the vanilla extract and the eggs and beat until mixed well. 

Now slowly add in the flour and beat well.

Pour the batter in the prepared ramekins and push three chocolates in the batter in each of the cups.

Bake for 22 to 25 minutes or until the cake bounces back when pushed. 

Cool on a wired rack for 5 minutes. Heat in microwave for 10-15 seconds before serving.

Chocolate Espresso Twinkies

All you will need is:

For the Cake:

1-½ cups Sugar 

3 Eggs 

½ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 

1 teaspoon Baking Soda 

¼ teaspoon Baking Powder 

½ teaspoon Salt 

10 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (softened)

½ cup Buttermilk 

Nonstick Cooking Spray 

Canoe Pan for Twinkies 

1-¼ cups Cake Flour 

½ cup Cocoa Powder 

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract 

½ cup Coffee 

For the Filling:

1-½ cups Sugar 

3 Eggs

All you need to do is:

Place a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat the oven to 350⁰ degrees. 

Grease the canoe pan with cooking spray.

Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt a few times in a large bowl. 

Beat butter and sugar in a stand mixer on high speed until combined well. 

Now lower the speed and add the eggs (one at a time), mixing until each it is well combined. Now, beat on high speed until light and fluffy for about 6 minutes.

Now beat in ⅓ of the flour mixture. Mix in the buttermilk and vanilla and then another ⅓ of the flour mixture. 

Add in the coffee, then the remaining flour.

Fill each mold halfway with batter and bake for 15 to 17 minute or until a wooden pick inserted comes out clean.

Let them cool in the pan for 30 minutes. Then shift them to a wire-rack and let them cool completely.

Beat cream cheese, cream and vanilla in a stand mixer. 

With the mixer on low speed, add in the sugar gradually and beat until combined. 

Add the espresso and beat until combined.

For the Twinkies, fill them with the filling using a piping bag. 

Serve with tea or coffee and enjoy.

Use additional candies to make facial features for clowns.

1 cup Water Boiling 

Vanilla Buttercream Frosting 

1 bag Hershey’s Kisses Brand Milk Chocolates

1 bag Hershey’s Hugs Brand Milk Chocolates

For Frosting:

⅓ cup butter or margarine, softened 

4 cups powdered sugar 

3 to 4 tablespoons milk 

1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

All you need to do is:

For Cake:

Heat the oven to 375°F. 

Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans. 

Stir together in a bowl sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. 

Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat on medium speed of mixer 2 minutes. 

Stir in boiling water and beat till the batter is thin.

Pour the batter into prepared pans. 

Bake 30 to 35 minutes for round pans until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. 

Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely. 

Frost with Vanilla Buttercream Frosting. 

Remove the wrappers from chocolates and garnish on top and sides of cake. 

For Frosting:

Beat butter in large bowl until creamy. 

Gradually add about half of the powdered sugar, beating well. 

Slowly beat in milk and vanilla. Gradually add remaining powdered sugar, beating until smooth. 

Add additional milk, if necessary, until frosting is spreading consistency.

Chocolate Swamp: Halloween Special

All you will need is:

200 grams Hershey’s Milk Chocolate (broken into pieces)

2 Eggs (separated)

¼ cup Caster Sugar

Heavy Cream (lightly whipped)

15 Oreo Cookies (crumbed)

White Meringues

Black Icing or Edible Pen

All you need to do is:

Put the chocolate pieces in a bowl and heat in a microwave at medium heat for 20 seconds intervals until the chocolate is melted well and is smooth to stir.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites to soft peaks and add the sugar gradually while beating.

Now whisk the egg yolks in the melted chocolate and then fold in the cream.

Stir one third of the whites in the chocolate mixture to loosen it and then fold in the rest of the whites.

Take 6 to 8 serving jars and put the crumbed Oreos in the base of the glasses.

Now spoon the mousse and then repeat the process. Finish with some sprinkles and decorate the meringues with faces using the black icing.

Serve immediately and chilled.

No Bake Chocolate Cake Rolls

Get hold of yourselves and roll together some of the most amazing ingredients to make this surprisingly easy no bake cake roll. Slice up and enjoy this hybrid dessert between a cream pie and a trifle.

Yield: 12 Servings

Prep Time: 30 minutes

All you will need is:

3 tablespoons Hershey’s Cocoa

1 cup Milk

1 pack Instant Vanilla Pudding and Pie Filling

8 ounces Non-Dairy Whipped Cream (Frozen)

1 pack or 10 ounces Chocolate Wafers

Hershey’s Kisses and Hugs Milk Chocolate (for garnish)

All you need to do is:

Combine together 2 tablespoons of cocoa and pudding mix in a bowl.

Add in milk and beat with a hand mixer on low speed until thick and smooth.

Now, fold in 1 cup of whipped topping and stir well.

Take the wafers and spread around 1 tablespoon of pudding mix on top of the wafers. Line together in a stack of 5 or 6.

On a sheet of foil, stand wafers on edges to make on long roll. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours or overnight.

Sift the rest of 1 tablespoon of cocoa over the remaining topping and mix well.

Unwrap your roll and place it on a serving tray. Spread the whipped topping mix on the roll.

Now peel the wrappers off the candies and place on the roll to garnish.

To serve, slice at the angle of 45⁰ to 50⁰ or diagonally.

To save for later use cover and refrigerate.

Easy Kisses’ Peanut Butter Blossoms Recipe!!!

The blossoms cookies have been made easier than ever with this amazing recipe by Shack-OH-Merry. With fewer ingredients and lesser time to prepare, these heavenly cookies are just what you need to share with your loved ones.

Yield: 36 Cookies

Skill Level: Beginner

Prep Time: 12-15 minutes

All you will need is:

36 Hershey’s Kisses Milk Chocolate

1 Pouch Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookie Mix (or any Brand of choice)

2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Water and Egg (as per instructions on the cookie mix package)

¼ cup Granulated Sugar

All you need to do is:

Peel the wrappers off the chocolate and set aside for later use.

Heat the oven at 350-375⁰F. Line the cookie sheet/baking tray with parchment paper.

Now, prepare the Peanut Butter cookie dough as instructed on the box of the cookie mix. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and roll into granulated sugar. Place the balls on the ungreased prepared cooking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly brown. Take out of the oven and immediately press the chocolate kisses on top of the cookie (It will crack around the edges).

Shift from the cookie sheet to a wrie rack and let cool completely.

Easy Patriotic Day Barks

Chocolate Bark is the easiest and most loved dessert out there and yet not many people give it a shot of making.

So, we are sharing this Patriotic Bark recipe which is a must have dessert for your red, blue or white themed parties.

To start with it is such a simple and a no-bake recipe that even kids could make it which is actually a great idea. Spread the chocolate out and then let the kids go to town decorating while you work on something else. Amazing!

Yield: 08 Servings

Skill Level: Beginner

Prep Time: 10 minutes

All you will need is:

½ cup peanut M&M’s, roughly chopped

½ cup peanut M&M’s, whole

1 12 oz. White Candy Melts/Cooking Chocolate Chips

½ cup Dark Cocoa Candy Melts (or Dark Cooking Chocolate) Star Sprinkles (Optional)

All you need to do is:

Line your baking sheet with wax paper and set aside for later use.

Put White Candy Melts in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds stirring every 20 seconds at 40% power. If the Candy Melts are not melted completely then heat further at stirring every 15 seconds until completely melted.

Heat the Dark Chocolate Melts in a separate microwave safe bowl for 1 minute and 30 seconds stirring every 20 seconds at 40% power. If the Candy Melts are not melted completely then heat further at stirring every 15 seconds until completely melted.

Spread the white chocolate on the prepared baking sheet and use a spatula to smooth it out until 1 cm thick.

Drizzle patches of dark chocolate over the white chocolate and use a pointy object to create swirls.

Sprinkle the chopped M&M’s on the chocolate and press a bit to make the candy stick to it. Repeat the same with whole M&M’s and Star Sprinkles.

Place the sheet in freezer for around 20 minutes or until hardened. Break the Bark into pieces and refrigerate until ready to serve.
