Mini Kisses Truffle Cake – Valentine’s Special

Light and rich at the same time, this Truffle cake is the perfect recipe for dessert after a heavy date-night meal on Valentine’s Day.

Yield: 12 Servings

Skill Level: Advanced

Prep Time: 40 minutes 

All you will need is: 

1-¼ cups Butter (no margarine, oil or shortening)

1 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour

1 cup Sugar

1 tablespoon Sugar (additional)

4 Eggs (separated)

¾ cup Hershey’s Premium Dark Cocoa 

2 teaspoons Hershey’s Premium Dark Cocoa (additional)

1 cup Hershey’s Mini Kisses Brand Chocolate

2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

8oz. Whipped Topping (frozen, thawed)

All you need to do is: 

Pre-heat the oven to 400⁰F.

Grease a 9-inch baking pan and set aside for later use.

Melt the butter in microwave at medium heat and add in 3/44 cup cocoa and 1 cup sugar. Stir until blended well. Let cool for 5 minutes.

Now, mix in the flour and vanilla. Add in the egg yolks and beat well after every yolk.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites and the additional 1 tablespoon sugar until soft peaks form.

Gradually fold the beaten egg whites in the chocolate mixture. Fold in the chocolates.

Spoon the batter into the greased pan. And bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the edges are firm.

Use a spatula or a knife to loosen the cake from the edges of the pan.

Cool the cake completely on a wire-rack.

Cover the cake and refrigerate for 5-6 hours. Mix the remaining cocoa in the frozen whipped frosting and stir until blended.

Garnish the cake with the chocolate whipped topping and additional chocolates.

Serve chilled.

All you need to do is: 

Pre-Heat the oven to 350⁰F.

Beat the sugar, butter, water and vanilla in a large bowl with a hand mixer until mixed well. 

Now, add in the egg and beat until combined.

Mix the flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda together.

Now, slowly add the flour mix to the sugar mixture while beating on low speed until blended well.

Take ¼ cup dough and roll it into a ball and place on the ungreased baking sheet.

Insert the wooden ice cream sticks into each ball and flatten out a bit.

All you will need is:

2 cups All-Purpose Flour

1 Egg

¼ cup Butter (softened)

1 cup Sugar

¾ cup Milk

¾ cup Hershey’s Syrup

1-½ teaspoon Baking Soda

½ teaspoon Baking Powder

¼ teaspoon Salt

All you need to do is:

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Grease a square baking pan with butter or cooking spray and set aside for later use.

In a large bowl, mix in the sugar and the flour and then take 1/4 cup out of it. Set aside for late use.

Mix in baking powder and salt in the remaining flour mixture.

Now, add in the butter, egg, syrup and milk to the flour mix and blend until beaten well.

Pour out the batter into the prepared pan.

Now, sprinkle the flour that was set aside on the top of the batter in the pan.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the inserted wooden pick comes out clean (the cake will have a slight sink).

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Holiday Pretzel Sandwiches – Christmas Special

Steer all your guests into the holiday spirit with these pretzel and chocolate Christmas treat. Enjoy these as desserts or snacks and get going.

25-30 pieces Caramel Toffee

50 Premade Pretzel Squares

10-⅓ cups Hershey’s Premium White Chips

All you need to do is: 

Preheat the oven to 275°F.

Now, line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Unpeel the cream toffees and set aside in a bowl.

Place the pretzel squares on the prepared baking sheet and place a caramel toffee on top of each square.

Bake in oven for 5 minutes or until the candy has softened (do not let the candy melt). 

Take the sheet out and place the rest of the pretzel squares and press lightly on to the softened candy to make a sandwich.

Place the white chips in another small bowl and heat it in the microwave for about 1 minute and stir. Heat for some more intervals until smooth to stir.

Dip half of each sandwich into the melted white chocolate and immediately sprinkle with the holiday sprinkles. 

Allow the coating to set before serving.

Easy Hershey’s Chocolate Pudding

Tired of making pudding off a box?? We have come up with the most amazing and easiest recipe for this all-time favorite comfort food. You just need Hershey’s rich Cocoa and a few basic ingredients. So let’s get started!!

Yield: 4-5 Servings
Skill Level: Beginner
Prep Time: 05-10 minutes

All you will need is:

¼ cup Hershey’s Cocoa
2/3 cup Sugar
2-¼ cup Milk
3 tablespoons Corn Starch
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Butter/Margarine
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Whipped Topping (Optional)

All you need to do is:

In a saucepan, mix together sugar, cocoa, salt and corn starch gradually stir in milk.
Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil. Boil and stir for another 1 minute.
Remove the saucepan from heat and mix it well with butter and vanilla.
Pour into individual dessert dishes. Press plastic wrap/sheet on top to avoid forming the skin on the surface.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or serve warm. Serve with whipped topping or with Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup.

Microwave Directions:

Mix together sugar, corn starch, salt and cocoa in a large microwave safe bowl.
At HIGH (100%), microwave for 7-8 minutes or until the batter comes to boil stirring every 2 minutes.
Take out and mix in the butter and vanilla. Pour in serving cups and serve as directed above.
