Pretzel Sandwiches

The most amazing combination of sweet and salty in one recipe is what these Pretzel Sandwiches are. So make your sandwiches taste festive and vibrant with this amazing recipe and enjoy.

Yield: 25 Sandwiches

Skill Level: Beginner

Prep Time: 8-10 Minutes

All you will need is:

50 Pretzel Squares (small)

1-⅓ cups HERSHEY’S Premier White Crème Chips 

¼ cup sprinkles (optional) 

25 pieces Caramel in Chocolate Candies

All you need to do is:

Heat the oven at 275°F. 

Line a cooking sheet or baking pan with parchment paper or foil. 

Now remove wrappers from creamy candies and set them aside.

Place half of the pretzel squares on the lined sheet. 

Now, top each of the pretzel with the creamy candies. 

Bake for around 3 minutes or until the candy softens (do not melt). 

Remove from the oven and place the second pretzel square on candy. Now press it down slightly to make it look like a sandwich. 

Let it cool completely.

Put the white crème chips in a small bowl and microwave at Medium for 1 minute and stir. 

Now, dip half of each pretzel sandwich into melted white chocolate chips and scrape off the excess.

Then return the coated pretzel sandwich to the lined sheet. 

Immediately sprinkle with sprinkles, if desired. 

Allow the chocolate coating to set up before serving. 

Store in cool and dry place.

Gooey Peanut Butter and Jam Bars

The combination of oatmeal with peanut butter and jelly is not unheard of. This amazing recipe combines all of these great ingredients together in one ultimate snack that everyone will love and enjoy.

Yield: 16 Bars

Skill Level: Beginner

Prep Time: 12-15 Minutes

All you will need is:

1 pouch or approx. 17 ounces Betty Crocker Oatmeal Cookie Mix 

1 Egg (beaten)

½ cup or 1 stick Butter or Margarine (softened)

¾ cup Raspberry or Grape Jam/Jelly (seedless)

1-⅔ cups Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips (divided)

All you need to do is:

Heat the oven to 375° F and grease a 9-inch square baking pan. 

Stir together in a bowl, the cookie mix, butter and egg until it forms a soft dough. 

Press the mixture in the greased pan and reserve 1 cup for later use.

Stir the jelly to soften and then spread it evenly over crust. 

Now, sprinkle 1 cup Peanut Butter Chips over Jelly. 

Stir the remaining ⅔ cup chips into the reserved crumb mixture and sprinkle over top. 

Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned. 

Cool completely in pan on wire rack. 

Cut into bars and serve warm.

Holiday Pretzel Sandwiches – Christmas Special

Steer all your guests into the holiday spirit with these pretzel and chocolate Christmas treat. Enjoy these as desserts or snacks and get going.

Yield: 20-25 Dozen Pieces 

Skill Level: Beginner

Prep Time: 5 Minutes 

All you will need is: 

25-30 pieces Caramel Toffee

50 Premade Pretzel Squares

10-⅓ cups Hershey’s Premium White Chips

¼ cup Holiday Sprinkles

All you need to do is: 

Preheat the oven to 275°F.

Now, line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Unpeel the cream toffees and set aside in a bowl.

Place the pretzel squares on the prepared baking sheet and place a caramel toffee on top of each square.

Bake in oven for 5 minutes or until the candy has softened (do not let the candy melt). 

Take the sheet out and place the rest of the pretzel squares and press lightly on to the softened candy to make a sandwich.

Place the white chips in another small bowl and heat it in the microwave for about 1 minute and stir. Heat for some more intervals until smooth to stir.

Dip half of each sandwich into the melted white chocolate and immediately sprinkle with the holiday sprinkles. 

Allow the coating to set before serving.

Chocolate Biscuit Bats: Halloween Special

Bats scare everyone and they are a cherry on top if it’s a scary night. These bat cookies are the best treat to make for a Horror themed Halloween Party. So go ahead and get Shack-ING!

Yield: 8-10 Servings

Skill Level: Intermediate

Prep Time: 30 Minutes

All you will need is:

1-¼ cups Flour

½ cup Icing Sugar

1 Egg (lightly beaten)

125 grams Butter (chopped)

¼ cup Hershey’s Premium Cocoa

Red Icing for Writing

All you need to do is:

Mix in the flour, sugar, cocoa and butter in a food processor and process until a crumbly mixture forms.

Add the egg in the crumbs and process to combine slightly.

Transfer the dough to a dusted surface and gently knead the dough. Wrap in a plastic wrap and let chill for 40 minutes.

Roll out the dough between sheets of baking paper until it is ½ cm thick.

Now cut out the bat shapes or use bat shaped cookie cutters to cut the shapes out. 

Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200⁰C for about 8 minutes or until light brown.

Let them stand for 10 minutes and place them on a wired rack. 

Use the red writing icing to make the yes for the bats. Store in a dry place until time to serve.

Chocolate Rodents: Halloween Special

These delicious and easy-to-make and scary looking mice are just what you need to make to your Halloween Party and impress your guests as well as your kids. 

Yield: 35-40 Servings

Skill Level: Beginner

Prep Time: 25-30 Minutes

All you will need is:

120 grams Hershey’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate (melted and cooled)

⅔ cup Sour Cream

2-⅔ cup Oreo Cookie Crumbs

½ cup Almonds (thinly sliced)

30-35 Silver Cachous

2 Licorice Sticks (each cut into 9-10 pieces)

All you need to do is:

Mix in the chocolate and sour cream in a bowl.

Now stir in 2 cups of cookie crumbs and save the rest of the ⅔ cup.

Cover and let chill until firm.

Roll a tablespoon worth of mixture into a ball and make one end pointy to look like a rodent. 

Roll the rodents in the remaining cookie crumbs.

Place two Cachous on each of the rodents to make the eyes. Use 2 slices of almonds on each of the rodent to make the ears and the Licorice for a tail.

Repeat for the rest of the remaining batter.

Chill and serve immediately.

Kisses Popcorn Balls 

This is the best ever popcorn ball recipe with a twist of exploding chocolate in the center. It is the most perfect treat to take out for your kids and their friends on 4th July Celebrations to share Happiness and Love. 

Yield: 13-15 Balls 

Skill Level: Intermediate 

Prep Time: 20-25 minutes 

All you will need is: 

1 bag Microwave Popping Corn or 10 cups Popped Popcorns  

36 Hershey’s Kisses Milk Chocolates  

½ cup packed light brown sugar  

¼ cup Light Corn Syrup  

2 tablespoons Butter or Margarine  

All you need to do is: 

Grease a large bowl with butter. 

Cover a tray with parchment paper and set aside for later use. 

Remove wrappers from chocolates.  

Prepare the popcorns according to the directions given on the box. Place in the greased bowl and remove the un-popped kernels. 

In a saucepan mix in the brown sugar, corn syrup and butter 

Cook over medium heat and keep stirring constantly until the butter melts.  

Add half of the chocolates and continue cooking while stirring until mixture comes to a full boil.  

Cook and stir for 2 more minutes 

Now remove from heat and immediately pour the mixture over popcorns. 

Stir until all the popcorns are evenly coated. 

With greased hands shape popcorns around the chocolate pieces forming a ball. Work very quickly.  

Now place the balls on prepared tray.  

Cool completely and place in cupcake liners to serve individually.

Recipe: S’Mores on a Stick

Tired of same old ways of having S’Mores?? Let’s try these S’Mores Lollipops that really could not have been easier to make. These pops are just perfect for parties and they make for the sweetest homemade
gifts for the friends and family.

Yield: 06 Servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Skill Level: Beginner

All you need is:
12 Lollipop Sticks
12 large size Marshmallows
02 Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bars (1.5 ounces each)
1 teaspoon of Shortenings (avoid using butter or oil)
¼ cup Graham Cracker Crumbs

What you need to do is:

Line a baking dish with parchment paper/wax paper. Break the chocolates into pieces.

Put the chocolate and the shortening in a microwave safe bowl and microwave at medium heat for 1 minute stirring every 15 seconds until the chocolate is melted and forms a smooth mixture.

If necessary heat for additional 10 seconds at a time stirring after every interval.

Dip about ½ of the marshmallow in the melted chocolate, one at a time, shaking off the excess.

Immediately sprinkle the chocolate portion with cracker crumbs or dip in the crumbs if you want a heavier coating.

Now, place the uncoated side of the marshmallow on the prepared baking sheet.

Put lollipop sticks in through the chocolate coated side of the mallow about halfway in. Repeat for the remaining marshmallows. Refrigerate for 5 minutes or until firm. Store in a dry place for up to 3 days.
