Pretzel Sandwiches

The most amazing combination of sweet and salty in one recipe is what these Pretzel Sandwiches are. So make your sandwiches taste festive and vibrant with this amazing recipe and enjoy.

Yield: 25 Sandwiches

Skill Level: Beginner

Prep Time: 8-10 Minutes

All you will need is:

50 Pretzel Squares (small)

1-⅓ cups HERSHEY’S Premier White Crème Chips 

¼ cup sprinkles (optional) 

25 pieces Caramel in Chocolate Candies

All you need to do is:

Heat the oven at 275°F. 

Line a cooking sheet or baking pan with parchment paper or foil. 

Now remove wrappers from creamy candies and set them aside.

Place half of the pretzel squares on the lined sheet. 

Now, top each of the pretzel with the creamy candies. 

Bake for around 3 minutes or until the candy softens (do not melt). 

Remove from the oven and place the second pretzel square on candy. Now press it down slightly to make it look like a sandwich. 

Let it cool completely.

Put the white crème chips in a small bowl and microwave at Medium for 1 minute and stir. 

Now, dip half of each pretzel sandwich into melted white chocolate chips and scrape off the excess.

Then return the coated pretzel sandwich to the lined sheet. 

Immediately sprinkle with sprinkles, if desired. 

Allow the chocolate coating to set up before serving. 

Store in cool and dry place.

Gooey Peanut Butter and Jam Bars

The combination of oatmeal with peanut butter and jelly is not unheard of. This amazing recipe combines all of these great ingredients together in one ultimate snack that everyone will love and enjoy.

Yield: 16 Bars

Prep Time: 12-15 Minutes

All you will need is:

1 pouch or approx. 17 ounces Betty Crocker Oatmeal Cookie Mix 

1 Egg (beaten)

½ cup or 1 stick Butter or Margarine (softened)

¾ cup Raspberry or Grape Jam/Jelly (seedless)

1-⅔ cups Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips (divided)

All you need to do is:

Heat the oven to 375° F and grease a 9-inch square baking pan. 

Stir together in a bowl, the cookie mix, butter and egg until it forms a soft dough. 

Press the mixture in the greased pan and reserve 1 cup for later use.

Stir the jelly to soften and then spread it evenly over crust. 

Now, sprinkle 1 cup Peanut Butter Chips over Jelly. 

Stir the remaining ⅔ cup chips into the reserved crumb mixture and sprinkle over top. 

Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned. 

Cool completely in pan on wire rack. 

Cut into bars and serve warm.

Mini Kisses Truffle Cake – Valentine’s Special

Light and rich at the same time, this Truffle cake is the perfect recipe for dessert after a heavy date-night meal on Valentine’s Day.

Yield: 12 Servings

Skill Level: Advanced

Prep Time: 40 minutes 

All you will need is: 

1-¼ cups Butter (no margarine, oil or shortening)

1 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour

1 cup Sugar

1 tablespoon Sugar (additional)

4 Eggs (separated)

¾ cup Hershey’s Premium Dark Cocoa 

2 teaspoons Hershey’s Premium Dark Cocoa (additional)

1 cup Hershey’s Mini Kisses Brand Chocolate

2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

8oz. Whipped Topping (frozen, thawed)

All you need to do is: 

Pre-heat the oven to 400⁰F.

Grease a 9-inch baking pan and set aside for later use.

Melt the butter in microwave at medium heat and add in 3/44 cup cocoa and 1 cup sugar. Stir until blended well. Let cool for 5 minutes.

Now, mix in the flour and vanilla. Add in the egg yolks and beat well after every yolk.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites and the additional 1 tablespoon sugar until soft peaks form.

Gradually fold the beaten egg whites in the chocolate mixture. Fold in the chocolates.

Spoon the batter into the greased pan. And bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the edges are firm.

Use a spatula or a knife to loosen the cake from the edges of the pan.

Cool the cake completely on a wire-rack.

Cover the cake and refrigerate for 5-6 hours. Mix the remaining cocoa in the frozen whipped frosting and stir until blended.

Garnish the cake with the chocolate whipped topping and additional chocolates.

Serve chilled.
